Full Traditional Funeral Service
A full tradional funeral service consist of professional services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of remains, receiving of family and friends, funeral service at the funeral home chapel or at a church with burial following, all automotive equipment.

Graveside Service
The total funeral service takes place at the place of interment. A family may choose to receive friend the night before or the day of the graveside service.

Memorial Service
A funeral service where the body is not present. This service could be held at a church or the funeral home chapel.

Immediate Burials
Includes an immediate burial includes basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, transfer of remains, and local transportation to the cemetery. It does not include embalming, services of staff or use of facilities for viewing or for funeral ceremony, cemetery charges, or any merchandise. Ground transportation in excess of 25 miles of the funeral home is $1.50 per mile one way.

Direct Cremation
Includes basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, transfer of remains, and the crematory fee. It does not include embalming, services of staff or use of facilities for viewing or for funeral ceremony, medical examiner's permit or any merchandise. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are corrugated cardboard.

Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home
This charge includes basic service of Funeral Director and Staff, transfer of the remains, embalming and local ground transportation to common carrier. A shipping container (not a casket) is included in this charge. It does not include any services or staff or use of facilities for viewing or funeral ceremony prior to forwarding of the remains, or shipment charges. Ground transportation in excess of 25 miles of the funeral home is $1.25 per mile one way.

Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home or Mortuary
The charge includes basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, transportation from common carrier and temporary shelter of remains, required basic services of staff or use of facilities, automotive equipment to transfer the deceased to place of disposition. It does not include any merchandise or cemetery charges or embalming.

Body Donations
Our charge for body donations to a North Carolina medical school is based without ceremony or viewing and includes local transfer of the deceased, and basic services of Funeral Director and Staff. Embalming and transportation not included.
