Thomas Charles Marley
June 30, 1922 — December 18, 2016
Mr. Thomas Charles Marley, age 94, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. He was born June 30, 1922 in Indiana to Charles and Norris Bennett Marley. Mr. Marley was a retired sea captain with SeaLand Cargo.
Survivors include: his daughters, Judy Marley and Nancy Marley, a granddaughter, Shun Gibbs, his special caregivers, Tammy & Roy Payne.
Mr. Marley’s wishes were to have his ashes scattered at sea by his family.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital ICU and the staff of Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home for their care.
