Mrs. Rita Faye White, age 58, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Genesis Healthcare of Sparta. Mrs. White was born June 29, 1957 in Yadkin County to Dewey Franklin and Perchie Mae Macemore Reed.
Survivors include: her brothers, Dewey Reed and wife Sarah of Jonesville and David Reed and wife Lisa of Moravian Falls; sister, Hilda Brewer of Thurmond; several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Genesis Healthcare, Hospice, Elkin Assisted Living and Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital for their care.
All services for Mrs. White will be private.
