Mrs. Mary Hayes Golden, 92, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015. Mrs. Golden was born September 24, 1923 in Surry County to Joe and Lelia Wilmoth Hayes.
Mrs. Golden was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garvey Golden and eight brothers and sisters.
Survivors include a special friend and caretaker, Robert Caudle of State Road.
A graveside service will be held Monday, December 28th at 11:00 am at Crestwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kenny Wood officiating.
