Thomas "Tommy" Harvey Osborne

Mr. Thomas “Tommy” Harvey Osborne, age 82, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Osborne was born September 25, 1941 in Forsyth County to Harvey and Juanita Billings Osborne.  Mr. Osborne was a member of Maple Springs United Methodist Church.   He was a 1959 graduate of Elkin High School where he played baseball, football and basketball.  Tommy was an avid sports fan and loved to play golf and fish.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in law, Paul and Elizabeth “Tinkey” Fisher and brother-in-law, Tim Fisher.

Survivors include: his wife, June Fisher Osborne of the home; son, Chris Osborne and wife Joy of State Road; daughter, Donna Brooks and husband Eric of State Road; grandchildren, Summer Doss & husband Cody, Ben Osborne and fiancé,  Hadly, Hayden Brooks and wife Faith, Chloe Osborne; great grandchildren, Averie Doss, Archer Doss, Axton Doss, Greyson Osborne and  Everleigh Brooks.

A funeral service will be conducted Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Joe Fulk and Pastor Peter McGuire officiating. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
