Wilfred "Steve" Diaz

Mr. Wilfred “Steve” Steven Diaz, age 46, of Boonville passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Diaz was born November 17, 1976 in Tampa, Florida to Wilfred Diaz, Jr. and Sharon McMillian Tagliamonte.

Mr. Diaz was a member of Jonesville Pentecostal Holiness Church and the manager of Harley-Davidson in Kernersville. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include: his wife, Anniet Diaz of the home; son, Alejandro Steven Diaz of the home; daughter, Cana Carre Diaz of Colorado; father, Wilfred Diaz, Jr. of Palm City, FL; mother, Sharon Tagliamonte of Murphy, NC; brothers, Christopher Shaun Diaz, Michael Scott Diaz, Eric Samuel Diaz, Andrew Nicolas Diaz, Stacy Todd McMillan Diaz; sisters, Geanna Joyce Diaz, Alexandra Nicole Diaz; and one grandchild.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at the Jonesville Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Greg Runner officiating. The family will receive friends 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. prior to the service.
