Tim is a native of Elkin and a graduate of Elkin High School, a graduate of John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science in Nashville, TN and also a graduate of Gardner-Webb University with degree's in Business Administration and Health Care Management. 

Tim is the founder, owner and President of Hodges Funeral Home, Inc. D/B/A Elkin Funeral Service. Tim serves as a licensed funeral director and embalmer and the President of Reich, Hayes & Boren Mutual Burial Association. Tim serves on many committees throughout the Yadkin Valley Area including the Board of Directors of Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors of Elkin Rescue Squad, the Elkin Airport Commission and the Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce.  Tim enjoys flying airplanes, boating and competing in Triathlons.  Tim also plays guitar in the contemporary Christian band Witness. 

Tim is married to Beth Craig Hodges and they have three daughters, Haley, Kari and Megan.  Tim is a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.  

Beth is the co-founder and owner of Hodges Funeral Home, Inc. D/B/A Elkin Funeral Service and also serves as a grief counselor. 

Beth has over 30 years of counseling experience and retired from Wilkes County School System as a guidance counselor.  Beth is currently serving as the area coordinator for the northwest piedmont team with Samaritans Purse. Beth is a graduate of Elkin High School and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She is also a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Masters degree in School Counseling. 

Beth is married to Tim Hodges and they have three daughters, Haley, Kari and Megan.  Beth is a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Molli is a lifelong resident of Elkin and a graduate of Elkin High School and Fayetteville Techinal Community College.  

Molli is the daughter of Joe R. Johnson the founder and owner of Johnson Funeral Home in Elkin.  Molli work along side with her dad until his passing in 2004.  Molli has continued to honor her dad's legacy in funeral service and has been an vital part of Elkin Funeral Service staff since October of 2021.  

Molli is a member of Fall Creek Baptist Church and married to Johnny Hanks. In addition to her sons, Cory and Drew, Molli's pride and joy is her furbabies Max and Gabbi.

Keith is originally from Lenoir, NC and has been involved in the funeral industry for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College. Keith serves as a funeral director for Elkin Funeral Service and is married to Mrs. Lee Orange Greene. He is a member of State Road Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Jaron is a proud Yadkinville native and a graduate of Forbush High School and Surry Community College. He is continuing his journey in funeral service and is currently attending the College of Funeral Service in Fayetteville.

As a funeral service apprentice and family pet counselor at Elkin Funeral Service, Jaron brings compassion and dedication to the families he serves. He is deeply committed to his community and is an active member of the Yadkin Masonic Lodge. He also volunteers his time on several committees with the Boy Scouts of America.

Outside of work, Jaron enjoys golfing and spending time with friends. Jaron attends Forbush Baptist Church.

Hannah Bonagura brings over six years of dedicated experience in funeral service to Elkin Funeral Service. She is a licensed funeral director who has compassionately served families across North Carolina, including in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Durham, and Wilmington.

Born and raised in Yadkin County, Hannah is proud to return to her roots and serve the community that helped shape her.

At Elkin Funeral Service, her primary focus is on preplanning—helping individuals and families make thoughtful, personalized decisions that offer peace of mind and ensure their wishes are honored.

Hannah is known for her warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt approach. She considers it a true privilege to walk alongside families during some of life’s most difficult moments. Her deep commitment to care and community shines through in every interaction.

Buster has been a part of the Elkin Funeral Service family for over 25 years and serves as the senior funeral assistant supervisor of Elkin Funeral Service. Buster is a member of Friendship Baptist Church.  

Lauren Martin, born and raised in Elkin, NC, is a devoted mother and wife to Jeremy. Her greatest joy is found in her children Ashton and Madi, who remain the light of her life. Fostering a close-knit, supportive environment for those around her. Lauren’s natural gift for creating harmony and togetherness defines her approach to both family and community.

Beyond her role as a mother, she attended Wilkes Community College.

Lauren attends Union Ridge United Methodist Church, where her faith plays a central role in shaping her compassion and strength.

Whether she’s focusing on her family, helping others or fostering a culture of compassion, Lauren’s unwavering dedication continues to touch the lives of everyone she encounters.
